This page covers shipping and delivery information for merchandise orders placed through our online shop. It does not apply to Highland cow experiences or animal adoptions.
Below you’ll find details on UK and international shipping, dispatch times, and pre-orders.
UK Orders
All UK merchandise orders are sent via Royal Mail or another standard UK postal service.
- For orders up to £40, standard shipping is £4.50. These are usually sent via First Class post or an equivalent service.
- Orders over £40 qualify for free standard delivery.
Please note that deliveries to more remote areas, such as the Highlands and Islands, may take slightly longer to arrive.
International Orders
We are delighted to ship our Highland-inspired merchandise worldwide.
- Shipping to European countries typically starts from around £8.50.
- Shipping to the rest of the world typically starts from around £15.
Exact costs will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
International delivery times vary by country and local postal service. Please allow extra time for customs processing and any local import checks.
Dispatch Times & Delivery Estimates
We aim to dispatch all in-stock merchandise orders within 1–3 working days of payment, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- For UK orders, please allow up to 5 working days from dispatch for your parcel to arrive.
- International orders will usually take longer and may vary by destination and local postal services.
If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be dispatched in more than one parcel, depending on stock location and packaging requirements.

Urgent Orders
If you need your merchandise in a hurry (for a birthday, special occasion, or last-minute gift), please email us before placing your order at:

Out of Stock Items & Pre-Orders
Out of Stock Items
If an item you have ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when it is likely to be available again. You will be offered the option of:
- Waiting for the item to come back into stock,
- Choosing an alternative product, or
- Receiving a refund for that item.
Pre-Orders
From time to time we may offer items on pre-order. Where this is the case, the expected dispatch or delivery timeframe will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Once your pre-order is ready and has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your parcel is on its way.
Delivery Responsibility & Contact
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
While we always do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to postal disruptions, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
